Funarcade works on a native and escrowed token model

Funarcade Token (FAT) is our native token.

FAT is Funarcade's native token on the Ethereum chain. Its uses are mainly:

• Currency: Play Funarcade products using FAT tokens

• Trading with other tokens: Once FAT goes live, we will be setting up a FAT-ETH pool for users to swap into/out of FAT. FAT will be the main token that interacts with other tokens.

• Governance: Token holders may in future be involved in project decision making

FAT has a fixed supply of 100,000,000 (100m). No more will ever be minted.

Escrowed-Funarcade Token (esFAT) is our reward token.

esFAT is the “escrowed” version of our FAT token. It's main purpose is to be given as incentives to our users.

• Conversion from FAT: Users can convert FAT to esFAT at a 1:1 ratio instantly. However, to convert esFAT back to FAT will require users to lock their tokens up for 7 days. (why?)

• Staking for rewards: Users will need to stake esFAT tokens in the staking pool to receive rewards. As discussed in Join the house, esFAT stakers get 30% of the profit pool from the platform. It is the most fuss-free way to earn #realyield.

• As a reward token: Profit sharing from FAT losses in the casino will be distributed in esFAT.

EsFAT and staking will not be available at token listing. EsFAT will be usable as a play currency once the new reward program is live. Using it will accrue bonus Reward Points
