Set up your crypto wallet
Funarcade currently support these wallets:
Follow the instructions via the various links to set up your crypto wallet.
1. Add Arbitrum to the wallet
Arbitrum is a layer-2 blockchain. Users have to add the network to the crypto wallet. Follow the instructions via this link to add the Arbitrum One network to your wallet.
The above wallets come with Ethereum already recognised, you do not need to add the network.
2. Get some crypto tokens
If you are a first-time user of cryptocurrency, you would need to use a centralized exchange like Binance or Coinbase to convert some of your fiat currency to cryptocurrency.
Once you have cryptocurrency, you can withdraw them to your crypto wallet. Learn more about how to transfer here, using Binance as an example.
3. Transfer / Bridge to Arbitrum
Many centralized exchanges do support direct withdrawals to Arbitrum, allowing you to withdraw your funds directly to your Arbitrum wallet.
If instead your funds are on the Ethereum network, there are bridging services available to help you bridge over to Arbitrum:
You can use the official Arbitrum Bridge
You can use bridging services like Stargate to bridge your funds from Ethereum,
or Synapse, which allows you to bridge funds to Arbitrum from many networks, including Polygon, Optimism, BNB Chain, etc.
